I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for couples (EFT) and practice EFT for my individual clients also.  My mindfulness training and EMDR and EMDR M (Modified, Laurel Parnell’s training) attachment trauma therapy trainings experience helps you process stuck patterns either from trauma or “negative cycles” with loved ones or with your inner self.  These cycles repeat endlessly and can be very distressing.  I work extensively with shame and the inner critic to help you settle and open up more.

I am an advance student in my spiritual practice of inquiry and mindfulness in the Ridhwan (see below for link) school in Berkeley for 18 years now.

I have a strong love or art in the form or poetry and creative writing.  I also paint and draw in acrylic and pencil with ink.  This love of the arts helps me open to the nonverbal and creative acts we all engage which help us communicate the parts or us that often do not have a voice.

Are you curious about exploring your inner world and deepening your connection to yourself?

I’m currently offering ten free one-on-one sessions designed to help you gently open up to your personal and emotional experiences.  This will also aid me in my journey to be a certified teacher of the Diamond Path at the Ridhwan School.

Together, we’ll use breathwork and present-moment body awareness to support you in discovering your deeper truth and sense of self—an experience that often touches into the spiritual.

This is a unique opportunity to connect more deeply with who you are and begin or continue your personal growth journey in a safe, supportive space.

If you’re interested or have any questions, please feel free to reach out using the contact information below.

I’d love to hear from you.
